











This is a recipe from a cookbook that I doubled since I was planning on giving some to family.
As you can see from the photos I had to change my pots to accommodate the amount of food.
I didn’t have the right cut of meat so I used what I did have. Also, steaming the couscous over the pot didn’t work for me and had to use a dedicated steamer to fully cook the couscous. I did over cooked certain vegetables so if I ever make this again I will have to time them better.
It was under seasoned at first but when I added more salt the flavors were more pleasant.
