I think this version of Karai is fascinating because unlike other iterations where she struggles with morality or family,

The Last Ronin’s Karai surpasses emotion completely. She thinks like a General. It’s all about order and overwhelming force. NECA really captured that in the head sculpt. There is zero warmth in that expression. Looking at this figure really drives home the point that Raph… never really had a chance.
