Thta’s it. The dropouts are large enough where I can use them to manipulate chain tension, and yes I do have the wheel centered. My only worry would be having the wheel putting way too much strain on the chain while riding, and the wheel sliding up the dropout. And the chain is pretty damn tight right now, too tight even.

Context: My folding bike annoyed me too much, so I made it a single speed. No I don’t give a fuck about the straightness of the chainline, the bike is meant for light city travel. In polish I’d call it “zrobione po chuju” but it works better than the worn out, salt ridden 6 speed it had.

The image of the bike provided by Decathlon has it doing just that so it should be fine??

I have those anti turn spacers somewhere.
