Shawn Layden has shed some light on this views and thinking when he started releasing games on PC. Says it was never about making money.

    I have a gaming PC, and there is a ps5 (wife’s) in my house. i won’t touch the ps5. I have bought multiple Sony titles on Steam… I’ll never buy one for the ps5. This was disappointing to hear, but I won’t reward them for a business decision I disagree with.
