Perhaps, maybe. But this is not going to sell well, period. And by not sell well I mean that MSI will not hit their own internal sales targets.

I struggle to understand why even put it out if it has to be that price. Sales of these devices has to be on an upward trajectory prior to this year but this year is just different. This one will struggle for sales even with their reasonable explanation.

I presume some contracts for production line space and fulfillment were already set.

That said, it does make me wonder how cataclysmic this year will be for tech at planning stages for next year and beyond. A cliff is coming.
